DESCRIPTION
Come to explore the magic and power of the 5 Rhythms movement practice. We will move through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness - which creates what we name a "wave". Allow yourself to be curious about how these rhythms are alive and express in your body. In each class we will renew and find fresh ways of being with ourselves, with another and in a group.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
