DESCRIPTION
Welcome in your dance in the 5Rhythms Aachen tribe.Here in Aachen you can experience your dance with different teachers. Each ongoing someone else comes to hold the space and will guide you through the waves. Then you can taste the classes with guidance on 2 and 16 February; 1, 15, 29 March. I will guide in English and my colleagues in German.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
