Dancing is a safe place for me, a deep knowing that when something is stuck in my body, it shifts by the end of the wave, bringing transformation to my life.
I still vividly remember my first 5Rhythms class. Hearing my heartbeat and feeling the excitement that came with powerful breathing definitely made me wanting more of it.
