DESCRIPTION
Without shadow there can be no light. Without light, shadow does not exist. How do these two polarities inform each other and us? Each of the 5Rhythms have their shadow with a distinct way of moving. Thus just as we are motivated; nurtured; healed by the rhythms we are also challenged; supported; and mended by their shadows.NOTES
