In the context of 5Rhythms, "Maps of Ecstasy" by Gabrielle Roth refers to the journey that participants undertake as they explore the different energetic qualities represented by each of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

Each rhythm serves as a guide or map for dancers to navigate their inner landscape, express various aspects of themselves, and ultimately reach states of ecstasy or heightened awareness. 

In this 4 hours workshop, we take a delve into each of the rhythm by understanding them through the gateways; what moves us; what sparks our curiosity in the changing rhythm beyond just the ecstatic realm; what it means by moving meditation? 

This is not just a dance, it is all about the dance and beyond the dance. 

E….. expect some exercises, the maps of E in your movement vocabulary, moving with existential experience that is always changing, moving in aloneness and in collective, or simply to just expect nothing less of yourself in the dance; PRESENCE!
