A Dance for Samhain is an evening of 5 Rhythms, ritual, movement and music to honour the turning of the seasons and the transition into winter. You'll be invited to move freely, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with yourself through music, rhythm and embodied expression. No dance experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to move. Expect a welcoming, supportive space for transformation, connection and joy.
