Come join our lovely supportive group of dancers. No prior experience necessary.

Cost of all 7 classes is £95 or £75 for 5 classes (if booked before 14th September 2023) or drop-in price is £20 on entry.

Wear loose fitting layers and bring a refillable water bottle.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
