This class is the space where we finally get to take a breath and say ‘ok, this is me time,’ and actually have room to open up at our own pace. We will discover a slow and gentle way of being, connecting with ourselves and moving what we find.
The class runs for 90 minutes and in it we move through the 5 Rhythms®, which take us on a natural journey of expression.
We begin with a slow Flowing unwind, through the fun and funky beats of Staccato, into the let-go of Chaos, to the joy of lyrical and finally resting in the deep connection of Stillness.
You’ll feel refreshed and alive, and from here get back into the rhythm of life in a gentle transitional way that is nourishing rather than brutal! And instead of needing that coffee to get going, you can stay with us afterwards to take your time and savour it before heading back out into your day.
You don’t need any experience with movement meditation; this class is about moving how you feel rather than how you look, and taking things at your own pace. It’s about finding your own rhythm, dancing to the beat of your own drum, in a safe space.
