The BOLD community is a cancer outpatient support and wellness initiative available to anyone affected by cancer... a place where mind, body & spirit are nurtured.Our 5Rhythms Wednesday classes are an opportunity to dance & drum in community. Group members are eager to keep moving no matter where they are in their journey. We embody movement with curiosity, kindness, compassion & community.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
