DESCRIPTION
Join for a two hour exploration of the 5 Rhythms movement practice. We will move through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness - which creates a "wave". Gentle guidance will be provided to help facilitate awareness and curiosity about how these rhythms are alive and express in your body.NOTES
5 Rhythms is primarily an individual practice, with some work with partners and small groups. No experience necessary. All bodies welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Barefoot exploration encouraged, street shoes prohibited on the dance floor.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
