DESCRIPTION
Every Friday evening in Geneva, come dance freely and dive into the vibrant world of the 5Rhythms and other practices ! Let yourself be carried away by the music and the collective energy to express yourself freely and reconnect to your body in a safe and welcoming space.Every Friday from 7.15pm to 9.30pm (but during holidays and bank holidays)
Note that we open the doors at 7.15pm with warm-up music and start at 7.30pm.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
