DESCRIPTION
Every Friday evening in Geneva, come dance freely and dive into the vibrant world of the 5Rhythms, Open Floor and Ecstatic Dance ! Let yourself be danced by the music and the collective energy to express yourself and reconnect with your body in a safe and welcoming space.Each week, we vary the facilitators, themes and practices for allowing you to dive deep into the experience of Conscious dance as a meditation and personal practice.
From 7.15pm to 9.30pm (but during bank holidays)
Registrations are open from 7pm
Doors opening at 7.15pm for warm-up
Session starts at 7.30pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
