DESCRIPTION
DEEP BLUE WAVES is a space to move from the known into the unknown, into the source of both our creative and destructive energies. Become unpredictable, express, nurture, and embody the gold within.
This class in an exploration in the 5Rhythms Light & Shadow Map.
Class is open to beginners, all levels of experience and counts toward the 5Rhythms teacher training requirements.
NOTES
Everyone will bring a vax card the first time to ensure safety. After that, a note will be kept for each dancer. That way, people don't have to bring the card everytime. Waivers will be completed for entry. The group is scaled with space for 10.
