Dance 5Rhythms St Albans, is a dance community who have been dancing 5Rhythms for years.The dance community, has now opened up to inviting different 5Rhythms teachers to come and teach.
Excited to be asked to come and teach and look forward to this new beginning, with 5Rhythms St Albans.
NOTES
Class is once a month, on the 2nd Saturday of a month.
Classes begin again, in this new collective configurations on September 9th.
Class starts: 7.00pm - 9.30pm. Doors open @ 6.45pm. Close @

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
