DESCRIPTION
Dancing in the City invites you to an in-person taught 5Rhythms session with Eliza Bouwens from 7:30pm - 9:30pmWe've been consistently getting numbers in the high teens and low twenties. If you've not danced with us for a while on Friday night there's a warm welcome awaiting you. It's a great space to be yourself however you are.
We will be opening the large windows to allow air circulation.
In-person payment on the door, £8/£10 (unwaged, waged).

Car: On street parking on Middlewood Road and side roads. Please take note of clearway signs on side roads. Don’t park between the clearway sign and Middlewood Road, you may get a parking fine.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
