DESCRIPTION
5Rhythms outdoor dance class in Lapinlahti park, Helsinki. All levels of experience welcome. There will be a brief introduction to the 5Rhythms Wave and practice in the beginning of the class. The Wave itself is a Sweat Your Prayers style class i.e. no verbal guidance, with space to be inspired by the music, your own inner world, the natural elements around us, and other dancers.Class is taught in Finnish with translation into English when needed (please come see me at the start of the class to let me know you need translation).
NOTES
Book your place in advance or simply show up and dance and pay when you arrive (Mobile Pay and card payments accepted. Cash in exact change please).
