DESCRIPTION
The intention of this class is to offer a regular practice of the 5Rhythms. A class might provide a general introduction, explore a given theme through the 5Rhythms Wave, or focus on a particular aspect of just one rhythm. Come and experience high energy and bliss in motion! Drop ins are welcome.NOTES
Time: 6:30 – 8:15 PM
Rates: Drop-in $20/$16 for seniors and students
Class passes: $105 for 6 classes (valid for 6 months)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
