The intention of this class is to offer a regular practice of the 5Rhythms. A class might provide a general introduction, explore a given theme through the 5Rhythms Wave, or focus on a particular aspect of just one rhythm. Come and experience high energy and bliss in motion!NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
