Do you feel like dancing? Exploring free, intuitive movement in a caring and safe space? Releasing your emotions, your self-expression through the body and feeling its healing and regenerative power?

Conscious Movement is coming to Valais! Every other Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, at the Pavillon Platta in Sion, Joyleen will facilitate the 5Rhythms open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or physical condition.

There is no need to “know how to dance” — all you need is a body and the desire to reconnect with it through movement.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
