Tune the ebb and flow of your creative edge in the dance.
Guided by soundscape and somatic explorations, this is a community space to explore the simplicity and depth of 5Rhythms practice, nurturing connection and fluidity in the body.
The invitation is to keep curious, trusting the movement that arises through the Waves.
Awaken and discover. Body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit.
Facilitated by accredited 5Rhythms teacher Megan Kelley
All bodies (ages 15+) are welcome!
Open to beginners and all levels of experience.
No prior dance or 5Rhythms required.
$20/ $15, students/ elders
$25 supporter
Pre-registration required
Please plan to arrive early. Music goes on at 7:15 to stretch and settle.
No entry after 8pm.
NOTES
Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted up to 3 hours before the class.
Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
In the event that we cancel this class for any reason: a full refund of the payment received from each participant will be made. Every attempt will be made to give as much prior warning of cancellation as possible.
