Une expérience physique et intérieure unique, dans l'instant. Un temps pour approfondir la pratique des 5 Rythmes, élargir le vocabulaire de notre danse et développer sensibilité et intelligence corporelles.

Cet espace est créé dans le cadre du programme de mentorat 5Rhythms Sweat Spaceholder. En tant que mentor et enseignante certifiée, je proposerai un cours avec guidance chaque mois en alternance avec Aurélie Deboist, Space Holder habilitée à assurer la continuité d'un espace de pratique autonome (sans guidance).
