Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms teacher in training, where you’re invited to move through the 5Rhythms Wave with simple guidance and space for your own experience.

Guided by music, each rhythm opens a different doorway — from grounding and structure, to release, creativity, and quiet awareness.
