DESCRIPTION

Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training. In this class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the trainee, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.

Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.

This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms—one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another's freedom & authenticity. Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.

Emerging Waves is offered as part of the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Mentorship Program. The Teacher in Training is guided and supported by their mentor throughout their development towards becoming a Certified 5Rhythms teacher.
