DESCRIPTION

Emerging Waves is a space facilitated by a 5Rhythms Teacher-in-Training. In this class, you’re gently guided through the Rhythms, with simple invitations to explore different parts of the body and make room for your own unique expression. The music acts as a guide alongside the facilitator, supporting your movement journey through the Waves Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience. Wherever the Rhythms are danced, a sense of community naturally emerges: people moving, sweating, growing, and supporting one another. It’s a space where we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, compassion, and the courage to be authentic.

Rosie Bufton is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
