DESCRIPTION

A 1.5 hour 5Rhythms lightly guided class offered by Lucinda Ramos mentored by Ray Diaz and Stuart Philips.

Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.

Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.

This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms—one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another’s freedom and authenticity. Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.
