DESCRIPTION
With Bettina Rothe & Guest TeachersAn invitation to put your whole self in motion, to surrender to the beat, to dig down into your cathedral of bones for the ONE dance.
In this class we will move through two 5Rhythms® Waves: one to quiet the mind and to arrive in a place of Stillness. The second one will arise from the Stillpoint and take us deeper into ourselves and open the door to states of heightened awareness and peacefulness. Certain classes will feature local live musicians to enliven and deepen our dance.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Cost: $20 ($16 reduced). class passes are available for $105 for 6 classes

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
