Following curiosity

What does freedom feel like in the body?

Maybe it isn’t about having nowhere to be,

nothing to answer to,

or no limits at all.

Maybe freedom begins in much smaller moments.

The moment we stop anticipating the next step.

The moment we trust an impulse before we understand it.

The moment curiosity becomes enough of a reason to move.

We’ll move through the 5Rhythms® Wave, exploring freedom not as an idea, but as something we can experience — in our choices, our movement, and eventually, in where the dance takes us.

What becomes possible when curiosity gets to lead?

For our second invitation into Lyrical, we take the dance outside.

The sand beneath our bare feet. Open sky. Music in our ears. The ocean beside us.

No choreography.

No predetermined destination.

Just an invitation to listen, explore, and follow what feels alive.

Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a bottle of water.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
