Op vrijdagochtend kun je je heerlijk wakker dansen in Hoorn!

Dansen en bewegen om je te verbinden met je lichaam en geest en volmondig JA zeggen tegen wat er is, wat zich aandient en hoe dat in jou beweegt.

Van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur.

Je bent welkom vanaf 9.45 om rustig aan te komen of warm te dansen.
