DESCRIPTION
Immerse yourself in the 5Rhythms® practice in the most heavenly space in Salt Lake City! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this catalytic series will offer transformational life tools, offer new insights and open greater creative possibilities.Best taken as a series, Drop-Ins are also welcome
COVID - Limited to 30 dancers. Participants are asked to wash and sanitize their hands please. Unvaccinated participants are encouraged to wear a mask.Wearing a mask is optional. Participation is at your own risk. Please do not come if you are feeling ill. The space is huge with high ceilings so air circulation is great.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
