DESCRIPTION
Cambsdance is a long established community who organise different dance meditation classes weekly on a Friday evening in Cambridge. I have been invited to teach on their Friday open classes bringing 5Rhythms over the last 8 years and will continue to teach throughout 2019.If you find yourself in the area, come and join us. It is an amazing welcoming dance community.
NOTES
Warm up from 6.45pm. Class starts from 7pm - 9pm. Please aim to be on the dance floor either early from 6.45pm or by 7pm. Doors are locked at 7.15pm, after which there is no entry. Come early, don't be disappointed. Prices: £12, £10 (low income), £6 benefits.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
