Once a month, we gather.Different ages, backgrounds, stories, and styles.
One shared dance floor.
This is an invitation to move, breathe, sweat, laugh, release, and reconnect.
To let the body lead and the mind soften.
To remember that we belong, not because we are the same, but because we dance together.
Guided by the 5 Rhythms, we explore movement as a language beyond words.
A practice that welcomes every body.
A space where creativity is celebrated, expression is encouraged, and community is felt.
You don’t need to know how to dance.
You only need curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
Come dance once a month.
Come be part of something diverse, alive, and deeply human.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
