DESCRIPTION
A Special THURSDAY Beltaine 5Rhythms Conscious Dance, a new venue (United Reformed Church Glastonbury High Street) on BELTAINE May 1st 7:30pmJoin us for this one off special, a Thursday 5Rhythms to celebrate the Traditional May 1st Celebrations of Beltaine.
We will begin at 7:30 with a warm up, then a short meditation followed by a full 5Rhythms Wave of atmospheric and joyous music, to celebrate this Spring Festival of fertility, abundance and hope
This is a conscious ecstatic dance, no talking, shoes or mobile phones and you will be guided by the music and some spoken guidance from Ben Grassby 5Rhythms Accredited Teacher. The venue is the Sanctuary behind the main church which will be sign posted on the day
Arrive from 7:15 for 7:30 start
Please bring water and arrive on time.
