This is a special event celebrating the beginning of the first weekly 5Rhythms Sweats classes in Finland! Warmly welcome to the Grand Opening of the dance floor! Start the new year afresh: come shake it out, surf through some beautiful Waves, and get into your groove. Welcome both beginners and experienced dancers alike! We will kick off the 5Rhythms Sweats classes which will be facilitated by 5Rhythms Spaceholder Karoliina Valontaival. Chip in and come create a great beginning and wonderful vibes for our dancing season together! Our Grand Opening features our special guest, the beloved Swedish 5Rhythms teacher Jonas Klingberg, who is one of Karoliina's mentor teachers. What a treat to have this special evening class with Jonas in Helsinki! The 5Rhythms Sweat is a new type of class held by certified Spaceholders. It is a wonderful space for meeting yourself, your unique moving body, and other dancers, supported by the power of the five rhythms and the Wave, as well as the Spaceholder and the group. It is an opportunity to explore your own dance, guided by your inner impulses and intuition, to "practice the practice", and move to discover the deep wealth of wisdom in the body. Once a month, one of the Spaceholder's mentor teachers will give an instructed class either physically in person (like at this special launch event) or via Skype.
