The 5Rhythms are: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Classes begin slow, the pace picks up in the middle and ends with a slow unwinding.
Wear clothes you can move in, dance barefoot or with indoor sneakers, bring a water bottle and your open heart.
This is a drug and alcohol free practice.
