DESCRIPTION

Join us at this fortnightly class for a series of paying closer attention to each of the rhythms in our wave; allowing ourselves to be apprentice to the unique medicine in each separate rhythm as it interconnects with the others. We will be paying close attention the first week to Flowing followed by Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and ending in Stillness.

NOTES

All bodies welcome. Waves level. These hours count towards pre requisite teacher training requirements.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
