DESCRIPTION
5Rhythms dance and movement classes for children aged 6-12. These creative free style dance workshops are inspired by the elements in nature, the ways animals move, different music genres, moving anatomy and a variety of dance styles. workshop run in the schools holidays and new dancers are welcome to try the first class in each term free. The Lygon Street tram goes right past the door. There is plenty of parking at the front of the venue, but beware of the clearway from 4pm across the road.NOTES
School holiday workshop will run Easter and September 2017.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
