DESCRIPTION

5Rhythms is Soul food for your inner-raver and your inner-Buddha. A simple dynamic movement meditation that enables us to embody every aspect of ourselves. It's dead simple: we dance our own dance. You really can't get it wrong.

The class is offered by Chris Boylan, he trained with Gabrielle Roth, the originator of 5Rhythms, back in 2007-2008. Since then he has taught thousands of classes and workshops mainly in the North of England. He also has a history in Leicester, his home town, going back to 2009. He is accredited to teach the Waves and Heartbeat 5Rhythms maps. A machinist by trade he brings a practical, no fluff approach to the practice. Through living many misspent youths his life has had a great soundtrack and he loves sharing it to support our movement.

Rates are a sliding scale from £20-£6.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
