Between frost and fire everything moves.
There's a quiet kind of aliveness that winter brings. The air feels sharper, the world a little slower, as if everything has paused to listen. Inside the studio though, something different starts to happen, movement returns.
You may feel it first in the breath, then in the feet, and eventually it spreads like rhythms unfolding from the inside out.
This is a 2 hour 5Rhythms movement meditation class for anyone wanting to feel more grounded and alive as the season turns inward.
You don't need to know the steps as there aren'tany! You don't even need to be graceful and funky - clunky is just as welcome. Just bring your curiosity and maybe a willingness to listen in new ways.
Yes, sometimes winter invites stillness, but that doesn't mean nothing's moving. Everything that exists has a dance. The body knows it, the breath knows it and maybe your dance it's just waiting for you to catch up?
So come, move a little, sweat a little and let the cold stay outside for a while. And see what begins to shift between frost and fire.
