The 5Rhythms community in Vermont has been evolving over the past 3 years in Vermont, and is now in a shift between venues, communities, days of the week, from classes to workshops. And in this space-in-between place, Threshold Village has presented their venue in Montpelier as another option going forward.With gratitude, let’s check it out together!! For those who have been coming to classes and anyone else interested in the 5Rhythms practice.
