Moon Rhythms is a 5-week - closed group - online container combining one full lunar cycle and the 5Rhythms practice. Each session aligns with a phase of the moon and a corresponding rhythm: offering a powerful dance of our shared natural rhythms.
Join for five consecutive Saturdays, beginning with the first New Moon of 2027.
