DESCRIPTION

Mark's approach is keeping things simple and down-to-earth. The theme of the class on 12th February will be "Ground". Mark is based in Lancashire and will be continuing to offer occasional classes around the North in 2018. Mark: "I believe that moving and reconnecting with the body is the best medicine for the ills of modern life."
