DESCRIPTION
In this Waves-level class we will dance the essential 5Rhythms®, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness®, bringing awareness to breath, integrating body and mind. We will tune into and embody what is, just as it is and as it changes, connecting with self, to other and to the world around us, using the foundational 5Rhythms® Waves map as our energetic guide. A moving meditation for deepening and awakening.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
