DESCRIPTION

A friendly, welcoming class in the centre of Durham City. Each session we dance a wave with a different theme. Alington House is situated within a UNESCO world heritage site close to the beautiful cathedral and castle. The dance space overlooks the river Wear.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
