To register: send your e-transfer to joanne (at) danceherenow (dot) ca, using the password 'Maydances'. Please indicate which group – Monday evening or Saturday afternoon – you are signing up for.

Group size is limited, and pre-registration is required. 

Registration is confirmed on receipt of your payment for all 4 classes. Remaining spots *may* be available on a drop-in basis; contact me up to 12 hours before class to inquire and (if a spot is open) to register.

Participants will receive a welcome email with details about our location. By registering, you agree to follow Covid safety protocols which include maintaining a minimum 2 metre distance from other participants, and wearing a mask while you pick up and drop off your headset. Headsets are fully sanitized before and after each class.

No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund for cancellations due to illness. For other cancellations, you will receive a refund if another dancer is able to take your place.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
