New LandsSaturday, Nov 25th
Thanksgiving has always been an immigrant holiday for me and my family. On the Saturday following, we will dance a wave for immigrants, pilgrims, travelers of every stripe, striving for fresher shores. In this dance, we will gather our forces, and set out with a will and direction. We will weather whatever storms may strike and come to rest on the other side of the dance, having traversed some parts of our inner oceans, whether dark and deep, or sunlit and tranquil.
That and shake off some of that turkey.
