Please join me for 'Night Waves', my 5Rhythms practice classes in the warm and intimate Synchronicity Studios, just 5 mins from Clapham North tube. Synchronicity is beautiful studio and sanctuary where we will have the opportunity to dance and explore the energies and rhythms of six winter nights. Spaces are limited so to ensure entry please arrive promptly for the class and/or let me know you are coming via calling me or text on 07939 128282.
