Welcome to the Deep Dive Waves 5Rhythms on-line classes, via ZOOM - (London BST - UK)Saturdays 4.30 - 6.00pm UK TIME
All welcome. If you've danced the 5Rhythms before or if you are a total beginner.
Registration for this class is required.

Tuition: a sliding scale: £15 - £12 - £10
The payment details and practical information regarding the class will be sent to you in the Zoom registration email.
It is a really lovely class, which I enjoy holding. Despite this online format, the sense of connection and presence is there. And the moments of magic and transformation in dance happens despite the physical distance.

5Rhythms can be experienced by every 'body' - we welcome all abilities, ages, sizes, races, genders, sexualities
There are no specific moves to learn and dancers can participate at their own pace, within their own capacity to move.
This class counts as 1hour waves practice towards teacher training prerequisites
