 *No class Bank Holiday Easter Monday  April 6 as building closed for painting. EARLYBIRDS class is on the 2nd & 3rd Mondays of the month at 5.45pm-7.15pm just before the weekly regular class.

A beautiful round space to dance in.  Space to lighten, energize, release, stretch, and shake off the day. Land inside your body. Open to beginners and dance lovers alike. 5Rhythms are a simple yet profound map for the curious, the shy, the wild and the courageous. No experience necessary, only a willingness to move. Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle. All welcome. Best to check with Sarah about  end July/August classes. Please email dancetherhythms@gmail.com  Our venue Sharrow Performing Arts Space for in person classes. Cost is £10 / session . Occasionally in the summer we dance outdoors in a different space. Christmas Holidays school closes, email Sarah to be sure of dates. This class has been running for 17 years and welcomes new dancing feet as well as seasoned dancing feet.  I love this dancing community where newcomers are really welcome.
