DESCRIPTION

I offer this class occasionally, usually once a month, instead of Saturday's Deep Dive Waves class.

Everybody is welcome. If you've danced the 5Rhythms before or if you are a total beginner.  There is light guidance.

I really enjoy holding sessions online. 

Despite this online format, the sense of connection and presence is there. And the moments of magic and transformation in dance happens despite the physical distance.
