A space to dance without any established pattern, to identify your free and spontaneous movement in a natural way. We will discover the 5 rhythms slowly, I will offer some open indications for you to enter your own dance safely

Every month is focused in one Rhythm. This Rhythms are an investigation related to a point in our lives.Â Join the group to discoverÂ your inner dance.

What to use: Comfortable clothes to sweat in, a bottle of water and the willingness to get down with your dance

This class is offered as part of the requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program. Juli BorrÃ s is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher. These classes support the trainee's growth and development as a 5Rhythms teacher
